Today after connecting and downloading transactions i received a msg that fidelity was changing their connection with quicken and a new connection needed to be updated. Before the connection update the fund name was vang inst 500 idx tr without an associated symbol in the securities window because it doesn't have one. Fidelity also changed to only allow direct connect method for third party financial tools like quicken for updated security
The fidelity netbenifits account had no issues with these new security measures. Connection was dc using fidelity netbenefits Fidelity accounts are in “simple or complete” mode, meaning you can choose which tracking method you prefer
Fidelity netbenefits 401 (k) users are receiving transactions
However, in some cases transactions are showing an “undefined” security name, even though the position displays the correct security. I continue to experience issues with downloads from fidelity net benefits from my 401k accounts. I do see that fidelity has an alternate site for logging directly into the 401k account but i can also see all the 401k account info Through my regular fidelity login
Do i need to create a fidelity netbenefits 401k account login to add this account in quicken Is anyone using fidelity with 401k and other account in quicken? It is a 401k account with fidelity netbenefits This q account contains over 300 entries that came from years of 2x month repeating paychecks
These entries end in 2014 when employment stopped
When employment stopped i left the 401k account at fidelity (no rollover from fidelity netbenefits). But for now it should be the same connection you previously had with fidelity netbenefits.
